She asked for help to track down her husband. 33-year-old Ajmal Basheer told Ayesha that he works for a PR firm in Dubai.

Within 10 days of the marriage, Ajmal divorced Ayesha through WhatsApp. She was quoted as saying, "My husband sent me a message on WhatsApp saying talaq, talaq, talaq. He then called me and said the same with God as a witness and mailed me too."

When asked about his decision, Ajmal reportedly told, "One may be interested in apples, but will also want to eat mangoes."

Ayesha's family members, who gave Rs 10 lakh and 660 gm of gold to Ajmal at the time of their marriage, have been left with nothing.

Speaking to a news channel, Ayesha was quoted as saying, "He gave me fake information about his work and a fake residential address. We are three women in our family who are emotionally, physically and financially broken. We cannot track him down by ourselves. My father is no more."
