4.2-magnitude quake strikes Andaman Islands
According to the National Center for Seismology, the quake occurred at 02:51 AM. The Andaman and Nicobar islands are known to be high seismic zone.
Port Blair, Dec 28: An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 struck Andaman Islands region earlier on Wednesday, news agency ANI reported. No loss to life or property has been reported so far.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the quake occurred at 02:51 AM. The Andaman and Nicobar islands are known to be high seismic zone.
