Chennai, May 2: Fourteen persons who were injured in Thursday's twin blasts are still undergoing treatment at the Rajiv Gandhi Government hospital and are doing fine, hospital sources said on Friday.

Two of the 14 persons had sustained serious injuries and had undergone major surgery while four others underwent minor surgeries and all of them were well, they added.

Doctors had declared yesterday that all the injured persons were "out of danger".

Two low-intensity bombs had rocked S4 and S5 coaches of Bangalore-Guwahati Express after it chugged into Platform No 9 of the busy Central Railway station yesterday.

A 24-year-old TCS employee from Andhra Pradesh, Swati, was killed in the explosion, a suspected terror attack, the first major such incident in Chennai and the one targeting trains in the state after about 15 years.
