Bengaluru: Bigg Boss contestant Huccha Venkat arrested
Bengaluru: Nov 20 : The self-styled Huccha Venkat, in the later hours of Thursday, has been arrested by Jnanabharati police for allegedly defaming Dr B R Ambedkar during a televised interview.

The students of Bengaluru varsity lodged complaint against Venkat for passing derogatory comment against one of the key builders of Indian constitution, informed Jnanabharati police to OneIndia.
Ahead of filing legal complaint, students staged protest in front of Venkat's house at Indira Nagar, Bengaluru.
During an interview with a Kannada private channel, Venkat earlier was quoted as saying, "Ambedkar and Constitution is my foot." The statement has enraged many Dalits.
The police further added Venkat was held from his house and he was remanded in judicial custody
