Congress sees rays of hope as Rahul Gandhi opens 'Khidki'
New Delhi, July 22: The young Gandhi family scion Rahul Gandhi would inaugurate a two-day conclave in New Delhi on Monday, July 22. The Congress party have been anxiously waiting for the moment as Rahul would open a new "Khidki" during the conclave.

been

under
national
spokesman
Sandeep
Dikshit.
Khidki
would
circulate
Congress' views
on
a
particular
topic,
uniformly
across
the
country.
Sandeep Dikshit would also instruct the participants of research methodology and linkages with the All India Congress Committee (AICC) by using latest technology and mobile phone applications.
The new social media platform would encourage party spokespersons across the nation to use it as a window of opportunity and also would give them lessons in the dos and don'ts of electronic media.
Congress' two-day media conclave:
Inaugurating the two-day media conclave at the national capital, the party reportedly would discuss its communication strategy in states and propagate UPA's achievements among the masses ahead of the next General election which is expected to be held in 2014.
At least 200 spokespersons of the party across the country would participate in the conclave. Other senior Congress leaders, who would attend the conclave, were -- Union ministers P Chidambaram, Anand Sharma, Jairam Ramesh, Shashi Tharoor and Manish Tewari.
