CBI on lookout for Bhanwari Devi CD distributor,Sunil Gujjar

There are reports that Gujjar might be able to provide vital leads in the case and he is likely to be summoned by the CBI for questioning. It has also been reported that he was very close to Maderna.
Meanwhile, main accused Mahipal Maderna will be questioned for the third time for his involvement in the Bhanwari Devi missing case. Maderna was hospitalised on Sunday giving an indication that he was evading interrogation by the CBI. Major ruckus had erupted outside Maderna's hospital on Sunday, when the Minister's loyalists attacked journalists who were covering the case.
Earlier, the Government has taken a serious note of the telecast of a CD purportedly showing nurse Bhanwari Devi and Maderna in a compromising position and issued show cause notices to two local news channels why action should not be taken against them.
