Warm, humid weather persists in Delhi
New Delhi, Sep 9 (UNI) Warm and humid weather prevailed in Delhi for the second day today even though cool Westerly winds brought some respite from sultry conditions.
For the second day today, Delhiites woke up to a clear and bright Sky. Sunlight, coupled with a high humidity level of 90 per cent, led to a rise in minimum temperature to 24.6 degrees Celsius.
The cool Westerly winds, however, brought some respite for the Delhiites, causing a decrease in maximum temperature, from 36 degrees Celsius yesterday, to 34.8 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal.
The Met office has forecast a partly cloudy sky the capital during the next 24 hours.
