Talwar gets bail
Ghaziabad, Jul 11 (UNI) A special CBI court today granted bail to Dr Rajesh Talwar, who was arrested in connection with the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case of Noida.
CBI judge Sapna Mishra asked Dr Talwar to furnish two personal bonds of Rs five lakhs each.
The judge was irked when the CBI lawyer urged the court to decide on the dentist's bail. She asked the CBI to come clear on whether it wanted the dentist's custody or not.
When the CBI did not press for an extension of Dr Talwar's judicial custody, the judge granted him bail.
The dentist had been arrested by the UP police on May 23, a week after the double murder took place in his Noida residence.
