Security heightened to stop intrusion before Nepal elections

Siddharthnagar, Mar 28: To stop any intrusion in wake of the April 10 constituent assembly elections in Nepal, Special Police Force will be deployeed at 32 routes adjoining the 68 km long Indo-Nepal border one week in advance here.

Besides, several mobile teams, motorcycle squads and sniffer dogs would be stationed on all these 32 routes.

Sources said it has also been decided to soon call a joint meeting of officials of both the countries in this regard.
