Mumbai, Feb 28 (UNI) Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) spokesman Hussain Dalvai today said loans up to Rs 30,000 of smallland holders should be waived completely.
Also, henceforth, loans should be made available at the interest rate of 5 per cent, he said.
