Hyderabad, Feb 23 (UNI) To protest the UPA Government's failure in forming separate Telangana state, the TRS MPs will try to 'block' President Pratibha Patil's address to joint session of the Houses on February 25, the opening day of the Budget session of parliament.

TRS General Secretary N Madhusudanachary told UNI here today, the party MPs both Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha would en masse submit their resignations on March 3 and the party MLAs and MLCs would follow suit on March 4 and 5 respectively.

The TRS leaders and activists would leave for New Delhi tomorrow to hold a dharna at Jantar Mantar on March two to explain to the people how the Congress ''betrayed'' the TRS on the Telangana issue.

He said the party would hold a 'Maha Garjana' in Mahboobnagar on March 12 to inform the people about the circumstances under which they were forced to resign.

''The Congress boat will sink in river Godavari if they further delayed the creation of separate Telangana,'' he said.

He alleged that the Congress High Command, under the influence of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, failed to create separate Telangana state.
