Jaipur, Feb 20 (UNI) The deadlock over the issue of ''violation of constitutional provisions'' in the appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries continued to mar the proceedings in the Rajasthan State Assembly for the third consecutive day today forcing adjournment of the House for 75 minutes.

As soon as Question Hour began at 1100 hrs, Sanyam Lodha of Congress was again up on his feet urging Deputy Speaker Ram Naraain Vishnoi to begin with his issue of ''unconstitutional'' appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries.

Leader of the Opposition Hemaram Chaudhary also stood up to support Mr Lodha's point and Deputy Speaker Mr Vishnoi allowed Mr Chaudhary to speak. However, the Leader of the Opposition was prevented to speak by members from treasury benches who were protesting the Opposition's admant attitude of the issue.

This provoked the Congress members to gather around Mr Chaudhary's seat in the front row. The Opposition Members resorted to slogan shouting against the government and the treasury benches reciprocated the same. This continued for over 10 minutes till the Deputy Speaker adjourned the house till 1230 hrs.

Meanwhile, Energy Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar also read out reply to a starred question from Madan Rathore(BJP) but nothing could be heard in the din.

The Budget session of the assembly began on February 18 with the Governor's speech, but the ''violation of constitutional provisions'' issue has been disrupting normal proceedings of the House since the beginning.
