Life term for five for killing a RJD leader
Chatra, Jan 23 (UNI) A local fast track court today sentenced life imprisonment to five people for killing a RJD leader about four years ago in the district.
The third fast track court of Srikant Rai held guilty Sriram Singh, Sukhdeo Singh, Damodar Singh, Suchit Singh and Virendra Singh for killing a RJD leader under Itkhori police station.
Altogether six people were made accused.
On July 7, 2003, one Promod Singh was killed and his brother Kapil Deo Singh thrashed by the accused.
