Himachal Pradesh government transfers HAS officers

Shimla, Jan 3 (UNI) In a reshuffle of Himachal Adminstrative Services officers, the state government today appointed J R Katwal as director, information and public relations.

Mr Katwal, an officer of 1986 Himachal administrative batch, has been shifted from the post of Managing Director, Milkfed, to head the DPR. He has earlier served as ADM, Shimla.

The government shifted the Director, Information and Public Relations (DPR), Dinesh Malhotra to the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Nahan.

Amitabh Awasthi, Additional Director, Food and Civil Supplies, has now been posted as Managing Director, Milkfed.

Diljeet Singh Dogra, Secratary Revenue has been given the additional charge of Secretary Personnel. He will be taking over from V.C. Pharka.

According to official sources, the Special Secretary to Chief Minister, J C Chauhan has been posted as Regional Transport Officer, Nagrota.

The special secretary, GAD, Madan Chauhan has been posted as Land Acquisition Officer (LAO), PWD, Shimla, while the LAO, PWD, Shimla, Nand Lal has now been posted as Special Secretary, GAD.

The government also shifted Special Secretary to Chief Minister, Kamal Sharma as Assistant Settlement Officer, Chopal.

Rakhi Kahlon, ADM, Nahan, has been posted as ADM, Solan.

Vivek Chandel, SDM, Rajgarh has been posted as deputy Secretary to CM in Shimla, according to official sources.
