returned
to
the
capital
today
with
the
mercury
plummeting
to
4.8
degrees
Celsius,
two
degrees
below
normal.
The
minimum
temperature,
which
was
8.3
degrees
C
yesterday,
further
dropped
four
notches.
Visibility
was
700
meters.
The
Met
office
forecast
mainly
clear
sky
tomorrow
morning
with
shallow
fog
or
mist.
A
further
drop
in
the
night
temperature
has
been
predicted
for
the
next
two
days.
The
minimum
temperature
is
likely
to
drop
to
4
degrees
Celsius
tomorrow.
