NMCE announces removal of additional margin in 5 commodities
Ahmedabad, Dec 22: The National Multi-Commodity Exchange (NMCE) today announced that it would remove additional margins in five commodities from December 24.
The move came following a directive by the Forward Markets Commission (FMC), a NMCE release said here.
With this, additional margins in pepper, jeera, chana, guargum and guarseed, traded on its terminals, would be removed. The existing additional margin in pepper and jeera is 5 per cent and 7.5 per cent in chana, guargum and guarseed, the release added.
