Rs 100 cr fund launched for projects in Rajasthan, NCR

New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) Rajasthan Asset Management Company today launched a Rs 100 crore fund for projects in the SME sector with focus on the National Capital Region and Rajasthan.

Inaugurating the fourth national conference on Venture Capital Finance at Jaipur, Rajasthan Minister of Industries Narpat Singh Rajvi assured all possible help from state government to the new fund.

''The fund has already received commitment of Rs 30 crore from the principal sponsors RIICO and SIDBI. Balance funds shall be pooled by identified institutional investors,'' said RIICO Managing Director Kuldeep Ranka said.

With the launch of fund, the innovative and other knowledge driven start-up companies will get lot of boost in National Capital Region, he added.
