WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature allowing users to contact businesses
WhatsApp has launched this feature in few countries that will let users search for businesses, contact them directly.
This feature will allow users to search for a business by name within the app itself.
The feature will also let users directly pay a merchant in the app.
It is being introduced in UK, Brazil, Indonesia and Mexico as part of long-term plans to bring 'the entire shopping experience directly to a WhatsApp chat'.
Users could use the tool to change a flight or hotel booking or get more details about an upcoming sale.
Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg said the ultimate goal is to make it possible for you to find, message and buy from a business all in the same WhatsApp chat.
