Mash a banana with a tablespoon of honey. You can then apply this mash all over your hands and then wrap your hands with cling wrap.
Shea Butter can be massaged instantly to hydrate them, and seal in moisture while softening skin. Apply it and rinse off after 20 minutes for healed cuticles.
Don’t use nail polish remover more than once or twice a month, if possible.
When doing the dishes, cleaning and gardening, wear gloves.
For weak, thin nails, soak them in extra virgin olive oil 10-15 minutes a day for a month, then twice a week thereafter.
