Try this dahi vada recipe at home

Ingredients: Urad dal, cumin powder, chilli powder, black rock salt, chaat masala, black pepper, yoghurt, salt and coriander leaves
First beat the dal to make it fluffy and light. Now heat the oil
Shape the vadas and fry it in hot oil to a golden brown in medium heat
Lift the vadas from the pan and put into a pan of salted water
Now repeat this with the rest of the batter
Mix salt, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of the coriander leaves, black pepper into the yogurt
Arrange the fried bhallas on serving dish after squeezing them
Cover it with yogurt garnish with rest of coriander leaves, cumin, chilli powder, black salt and chaat masala
