Recipe to make methi paneer paratha

Methi-Paneer paratha recipe

You will need 1/2 cup atta, 1/2 cup methi leaves, 1/2 cup grated paneer and 1/2 cup onion
Take some oil as required, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala and salt as per taste
You will also need 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp cumin powder
Knead the dough with atta, salt, oil and water and let it rest for a while
Prepare the stuffing. Add the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and now make a ball of the paneer methi stuffing
Roll the dough and placate paratha stuffing in the middle. Close the paratha from all sides and roll it again
Heat the ghee on a tawa and roast on both sides until the paratha is crisp
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice
