The top seeded defending champion beat Japan's Sayaka Sato by 21-19, 13-21, 21-11, in the encounter which lasted 45 minutes.
Saina had won Singapore Opens before by thumping Tsu Ying Tai of China 21-18, 21-15 with in just 29 minutes. She had also grabbed the India Open Grand Prix title before the campaign in Singapore and Indonesian open 2010 is the third Super Series which she achieves.
The series will reward her $18,750 for the jubilant player.
