WhatsApp to add a camera shortcut for iPhone users

The feature is still being developed. Hence, it is not visible for the users, but it will be released in a future update for the app.

As per WABetaInfo, Meta-owned platform has submitted a new update through the TestFlight beta Programme.

The new feature will be showcased in the navigation bar parallel to the edit option.

It will be shown up to the users who can already create a community.

At this stage, a separate camera tab is offered to the users, but it will be replaced with the Communities tab later.

The feature looks similar to the one launched on WhatsApp Beta for Android users before it was temporarily withdrawn due to a bug.
