What to do after vomiting?

Regularly sip small amounts of water to avoid dehydration
Slowly reintroduce easy to digest foods such as mashed potatoes, banana, rice, applesauce, dry toast, soda crackers etc
For 24-48 hours after the last episode of vomiting, avoid foods that could trigger nausea and vomiting such as sugary and spicy foods
Eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day
Do not mix hot and cold foods.
Drink beverages slowly.
Avoid activity after eating
