Prenatal exercises offer loads of health benefits. Doctors not only permit but encourage mons to be to stick to their usual workouts as long as they are practical
However there are some exercises that you must absolutely avoid during pregnancy
Avoid sports that carry a high risk of falling or abdominal injury
Sports that involve altitude change must be avoided
Do not indulge in exercises which need you to lie flat on your back
Sit ups or double leg lifts should be avoid as they involve advanced abdominal moves
The hot yoga and exercise in very hot weather should be avoided
Back bends, jumping, bouncing and jerky motions should be avoided
Holding your breath and motionless standing must be avoided at all cost
