Gmail has plenty of interesting features which many of us do not know. Check out some of those lesser known features:
Users can create a template to send e-mails which will save your time. You will find the feature in Advanced Link in the Settings.
There are times you send e-mail in a hurry and then realise that you did a mistake or did not want to send the e-mail at all.
Here is an option to unsend your mail that you sent 5, 10, 20 and 30 seconds ago.
If you are inbox is flooded with too many mails and have difficulties in finding unread mails. Well, all you have to do is to search "unread" in the search box.
You can use 'labels' option to categories your emails.
Dots don't matter in Gmail addresses. If someone accidentally adds dots to your address when emailing you, you'll still get that email.
For example, if your email is johnsmith@gmail.com, you own all dotted versions of your address. It means you could have many accounts with variations.
You can use your Gmail account even without internet connection. You'll be able to access them in offline mode.
There is a feature to enable a Desktop notification. It means you don't have to keep your account open all the time as you will be notified when you get new mails.
