Alphonso: Known as the 'king' of all kinds of fruits, the majestic Alphonso mangoes are an excellent source of Vitamin A.
Safeda or Bainganpalli: Banganapalle mangoes known as 'The King of Mangoes in South India'. It is a good source of vitamins A and C.
Kesar: Kesar is known as the 'Queen of Mangoes'. It is high in vitamins A, B6, C, and E.
Dashari: It is a sweet and fragrant variety of mango grown in North India. It is rich in vitamin C and A, as well as zinc, vitamin E, iron, and calcium. Dashari is ideal for making pickles for mango pickles and moose.
Chausa: Chaunsa , also known as chausa, is a mango cultivar indigenous to South Asia. It has the highest vitamin C content of any mango variety.
Totapuri: The 'Totapuri' mango, or Ginimoothi, is a cultivar that is widely grown in south India. It contains a lot of vitamin A and C. Make mango chutney or curry with the tart totapuri mango.
