Quick and easy recipe: How to make masala bread toast
However, you cannot eat the same toasted bread every day!
So, how about trying some masala toasted bread to spin your morning? Take a look
Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and saute onion, tomato, and green chillies.
Once the onions become soft, add the whisked eggs to the pan.
Mix well and scramble the eggs to chunks with the help of a spoon. Keep the flame low.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, a little salt and add tomato ketchup.
Cook for 2 minutes and then put the masala off the flame. Then, toast the bread slices in a toaster and spread butter on them.
Spread the egg masala on the toast. Sprinkle leftover onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Masala bread toast is ready to serve.
