Make sure tea isn't causing you harm
Having a hot cup of tea can be soothing, and the merits of this beverage don’t stop there.
However, while moderate tea consumption is healthy, exceeding 3 to 4 cups per day could have some negative side effects.
Let alone quitting even the thought of cutting it down may be far-fetched for most people.
If we avoid consuming tea at the wrong time, its negative impacts can be significantly reduced.
If there is the worst time to consume tea, it’s just after waking up.
The best time to consume tea is 2 to 3 hours after breakfast or lunch.
That means if you consume tea with morning snacks or evening snack, its negative impact will be the least.
An intelligent way to balance tea, which we Indians already practice is by preparing it with milk.
The more milk tea has, the lesser drying and heating it will be.
