In the first weekend, the Telugu version of 'Kantara' has grossed around Rs 10 crore which is a big number for a dubbed film.
On the first day, 'Kantara' made a collection of Rs 4.05 crore, which was much higher than what the Kannada version (Rs 2.05 crore) earned on the first day.
Even the Hindi version of 'Kantara' has sprung a surprise by earning close to Rs 10 crore in the first weekend.
Meanwhile, the worldwide collection of 'Kantara' has crossed Rs 100-crore mark on Sunday.
In the US, the Rishab Shetty-starrer has collected $567,702 (till Saturday).
The Hombale Films-produced flick was made with less than Rs 20 crore budget.
