It has become the biggest opener of 2023, beating 'Thunivu' (Rs 24.59 crore) and 'Ponniyin Selvan 2' (Rs 21.37 crore).
Not just in Tamil Nadu, 'Jailer' has done well in other Southern states.
It has raked in Rs 12.04 in Andhra and Telangana.
'Jailer' collected Rs 11.92 crore in Karnataka and Rs 5.38 crore in Kerala.
Overall, it has made a collection of Rs 95.78 crore in India.
'Jailer', which has Mohanlal and Shivaraj Kumar in key roles, is directed by Nelson.
