How to sleep on time at night

If you find falling to sleep a chore, here are some ideas to help you relax and sleep like a baby, literally!
Maintain sleep hygiene. This means go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even during those weekend nights. It helps your body’s sleep-wake cycle.
Before going to bed, don't eat anything too heavy or oily. Avoid caffeine or any aerated drink just before bedtime.
Restrict blue light exposure to your eyes in the evening.
Before sleep, keep your room cool, dark and quiet. It’s challenging to sleep in the noise and in light.
Try to control long daytime naps as it disturbs nighttime sleep. Also, avoid those late-evening cat naps.
Exercise helps to get better sleep. But, avoid doing too much just before going to bed.
Worries can destroy your night sleep. Before going to bed, keep aside worries.
