How to send money using WhatsApp UPI Payments

To use WhatsApp Pay, a user must initiate a payment to a contact. Once the request is received, the user can set up their UPI account on WhatsApp.

Open the chat of the contact you want to send money to or open Payments directly from the three-dot button.

Choose payment using a number or QR code. Now enter the amount you want to send.

Enter your UPI pin set for the registered bank and click on Send payment.

You can also check your payment status in the chat itself and you can also keep track of the transactions in the chat.

WhatsApp also offers a wide variety of stickers and backgrounds to customise and make payments fun.

To add these stickers and backdrops, just tap on the "Sticker" icon.
