Wearing many layers of warm clothes will help you stay warm and protect your joints from getting too cold.
Stay physically active as it will benefit your overall physical and mental health too!
Avoid processed foods and foods high in sugar and saturated fat.
Do regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight.
Stay hydrated and have a well balanced diet.
Using hot water bag or electric heating pad can provide comfort to aching joints.
Warm baths can also help relax muscles and relieve joint pain.
Talk to your doctor about taking supplements if you think your diet isn’t providing you with adequate calcium and vitamin D.
