How to protect yourself from heat stroke as mercury goes up

Save yourself from heatstroke
Wearing excess clothing that prevents sweat from evaporating easily and cooling your body
Avoid sun during peak hours
Drink plenty of fluids during hot and humid months
Protect yourself outdoors with hat, sunglasses and use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15
Sunscreen: Give yourself at least 15-30 minutes
Staying away from alcohol, coffee and excessive sugary drinks is a good idea
Don't stay in enclosed places for long
Avoid fatty, spicy and sugary foods, especially in the summer
