How to order food on train via WhatsApp?

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) announced the launch of food delivery app --Zoop.
This app helps passengers order food through the messaging service WhatsApp.
Zoop India has cuisines like veg thali, veg/ chicken biriyani with raita, standard/Jain special thali etc.
Passengers can avail the service by using their 'Passenger Name Record' (PNR) number while travelling on the train.
The online food ordering and delivery services are available at Vijayawada, Vadodra, Moradabad, Warangal, PT. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Kanpur, Agra Cant, Tundla Junction, Balharshah Junction and at more than 100 A1, A and B Category railway stations.

You can chat with Zoop agent on Whatsapp with the number ’91-7042062070.’
Open the chat and say ‘Hi’ on the Whatsapp chat window.
A message pops with a button to select options.
Click on the 'Order Food' option.
When prompted, enter the PNR number. Then select the search by station or search by train option and provide the necessary details needed.
