Every man born on this planet experiences negative thoughts. As per a study, a man's brains can produce 40 to 50,000 thoughts a day out of which 70-80 per cent are likely to be negative

So, getting negative voice out of your mind is important. Here are some tips to get rid of negative thoughts:
Empty mind is devil's workshop. Well, if you are experiencing negative thoughts, divert your mind and get engaged in some activity.
If you have time, then do 'pranayama' or meditation. Once your mind calms down, you will feel better.
Maintain a book to register what you are going through. When negative thoughts come to your mind, write it down.
Gradually, you will understand the pattern and you will be to address the root cause behind the negative thoughts.
Try telling yourself that thoughts are not facts.
Also, try laughing more. Not that the problem that you are facing will solve, but laughing more will reduce your stress.
Cultivate the habit of positive self talk.
Do physical activity at least for 30 minutes a day, get at least 7 hour of sleep and maintain healthy lifestyle.
