How to increase your daily step count

To stay fit and healthy, you must take at least 10,000 steps a day
Now what do you do when you do not have time to go for a long walk
You must stand on your feet for three minutes after every 30 minutes of sitting and do so you should set reminders
Take breaks and walk a few steps inside your house. You could also stop out for a 15 minute walk
Dump the lift and take the stairs as this is great aerobic activity
Parking a bit away from your workplace will let you take those extra steps
Go for a walk with your friends. This would add in the entertainment as well
You could try some outdoor activities such as gardening if you have a backyard
