In vestibular hypofunction, the part of the inner ear that is responsible for balance becomes dysfunctional.
It may cause problems on either the left or the right side of the body, or both.
The condition results in bouts of drowsiness, unstable posture, and excessive sweating.
How to improve vestibular function?
Bend your head from a sitting position to look at the floor and then up to look at the ceiling.
Keep your eyes on the floor and the ceiling as you lead your head.
Do this ten times. Stop and wait for about 30 seconds for the symptoms to go away.
Go through the entire procedure two more times.
