On your Android phone open WhatsApp and tap on the three dots at the top right hand corner

Then tap on settings. Go to account

In the privacy option, tap on the Last Seen and Online

Under Who can seen my last seen column, select you between Everyone, My Contacts except and Nobody

Below last seen in Who can see when I am online select between Everyone and Same as last seen

Iphone users open Settings on WhatsApp

Now open Account and tap on Privacy

In Privacy tap and open on Last Seen and Online
