It is also a good habit to change your password on the social media frequently. Here is how you can change your Instagram password

It is always better to use a combination of 6 numbers, letters and punctuation marks to create a strong password

If you are logged out of your account and do not remember your password you can request to reset it from your login screen

If you are logged in to your account and know your password then you can change it in settings

Tap on the drop down menu in the top right and then tap settings

Tap security and then tap password

Enter your current password and then enter your new password
