Before you speak gather your thoughts and allow others in that situation to do so as well.
Try deep breathing exercises and think about a soothing environment.
Laughter is the best medicine. Use humour to confront what you are going through.
Voice your concerns when you are calm and composed.
If you feel that your anger is growing, then take a walk or go for a job.
If your anger is out of control, spend some time alone and think about what is agitating you.
Work on resolving the problem rather than thinking about what made you angry.
If you are losing your temper because of someone, then forgiveness is the best way to go about it.
