How to add spouse name in passport online

You can apply for a passport for change name/addition/deletion of name through online

Register yourself on the Passport Seva online portal

If you already have an account, log into your account. If not, click on ‘New User Registration’ to create a new account.

Click on “Apply for a fresh passport/reissue”

Fill in all the required information and click on the submit button.

Click on the “Pay & Schedule Appointment" button to make an appointment/meeting.

Select a suitable payment option and make a prior online charge payment before scheduling an appointment at PO, POPSK, or PSK.

For an appointment at PSK/POPSK/PO, you can make the payment online only.

The following online payment methods are supported at the Passport Seva: Internet banking, Debit card and Credit card

Select your preferred payment method and pay the fee required.

Once the fee is successfully paid, you can print the challan/application receipt by selecting “Print Application Receipt.”

It is not mandatory to carry a copy of receipt.

You can show an SMS with appointment details when you visit the passport office.
