How to ace doing the burpees

Burpees help in fat burning and also have several other benefits
Burpees is a high-intensity workout that involves movement of the maximum muscles in the body
Burpees also help in improving mobility, coordination, balance
Performing this exercise on a regular basis makes your body stronger
Start by standing with your feet hip-distance apart and then squat down and step one foot back at a time
After you are in the plank position, walk your feet back to meet your hands and then return to standing
Try to stand and jump high while being in a plank position
Do not give a jerk to the body and carefully raise yourself up from the plank position and try walking up from the plank position with the help of a pushup
Do the burpees slowly for better results
Make sure you are warmed up before you do the burpees
