Mulligatawny soup: To make this heat a pan and add shallots, green chillies and garlic
Add masalas, soaked lentil, potato, apples, carrots and sauce it. Pir in the vegetable stock and tamarind pulp, cook and serve hot
Mushroom and almond soup: Heat a pan and cook some almonds and mushroom until they become slightly glossy and then add the maida and sauce before adding water
Bring to a boil, add milk and almond mixture, pepper, salt and cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot
To make the beetroot soup, add some chopped beetroot, bottle guard, onion, tomato and potato in a pan and then add water
Bring to a boil. Now cool and blend the ingredients. Add mixture and boil in a pan. Add some sugar, black pepper and salt for seasoning
