Consuming these foods lead you to feel bloated and experience gas
Did you know fruits such as prunes, pears and apples form gas
This is because eating foods which need you to swallow extra air can cause gas
Chewing gum is an example where you swallow extra air
Nutritionist Anjali Mukherjee said on Instagram that the gaol should not be to avoid these foods completely but take care of gut health
The goal should be to improve digestion so gas formation is reduced
