Here are some fitness tips for working women
A healthy breakfast will give you the much needed energy to stay focused and fit all day
In your office drawer throw away all the junk food and replace with healthy options such as nuts, puffed rice, rice kale or makhanas
To prevent being sedentary at work get up from your chair and move every now and then. Also take your calls when you are walking
Avoid sugary and packaged drinks. Instead switch to plain water and add lemon or cucumber
Taking stretch breaks and getting up from your chair is much needed to keep yourself fit
Weight loss is secondary. You should focus on being fit and eating right
Stay consistent is the key to fitness
