Water: This magic drink that can solve many of your health concerns. Avoid soda since it can contain phosphoric acid which affects calcium absorption.
Tea: One of the most studied drinks for arthritis patients, green black and white teas are all rich in polyphenols – a compound with strong anti-inflammatory effects
Coffee: Study shows polyphenols in coffee fight free radicals in the body, which cause cell damage. Coffee is also known to have a protective effect against gout as well.
Fresh fruit juice: One of the main causes of arthritis is inflammation which can be prevented by drinking fresh fruit juices. Vitamin C rich fruits are great for fighting inflammation.
Cow’s milk: It is an excellent source of protein and calcium.Milk also has magnesium for bone development and muscle function, and whey and casein, which play a role in lowering blood pressure.
