During periods, women may feel like they have gained weight or that their stomach is swollen.
Fortunately, there are changes women can make that may reduce these symptoms.
Check your diet and prevent the intake of salty and junk foods which may lead to cramps.
Consume lots of fruits and veggies and avoid milk products.
