5 Old-fashioned beauty tips that works even today!

Harsh fabrics, harsh weather and unforgiving lifestyle often play havoc on our skin. So sometimes skip the chemical beauty products and follow some old-fashioned tips.
At least on your weekends, try to follow some grandma beauty tips to minimize skin damage.
While going out, wear gloves on your hands. This helps protect them from the harsh weather.
Add 2 tea spoons of olive oil to a bucket of water. Bathe with that water. It keeps your skin moisturized.
Mix a spoon of sugar to the soap solution and use it to scrub your body gently. This works well as an exfoliation method.
Use shea butter as a moisturiser, makeup remover, and lip balm.
Slice a clean potato into thin pieces. Place the slices under your eyes to get rid of dark circles and leave them there for about ten minutes. Then rub the slices on your face for detan and fresher skin.
